SubEye is built and run by one person. There is no ticket queue and no bot — you write to a human and a human writes back.
Where to write
privacy@subeye.cc reaches Yehor Hunko directly. Expect a reply within a few days; anything about your personal data is answered within 30 days, as the privacy policy says.
If something is broken, three lines make it fixable in one round instead of four: your iPhone model and iOS version, what you tapped, and what happened instead of what you expected.
Reminders are not arriving
Reminders are scheduled on your device by iOS. There is no push server, so nothing can be re-sent from here. Check Settings → Notifications → SubEye on the phone first, then Settings → Notifications inside the app, which shows how many reminders are scheduled right now. If that number is zero while you have active subscriptions, that is worth an email.
You bought Pro and the app does not know
Settings → Restore purchases asks the App Store again, using whichever Apple Account is signed in. A new phone, a reinstall, or a different Apple Account are the three usual reasons. SubEye Pro is tied to the Apple Account that paid for it, not to your SubEye account.
Refunds
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. SubEye cannot issue a refund itself.
Deleting your account
Settings → Delete account, in the app. It removes the account and every subscription in it, immediately and for good. Nothing has to be requested from here, and it cannot be undone.
What SubEye cannot do
It does not connect to your bank, it does not read your email, it cannot see your real charges, and it cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf. Every figure in the app is arithmetic on the numbers you typed in — see the terms of service. There is no Android app and no web app.
